Fabled Chase was the most fun I’ve ever had at work. Not only did I get to name a one-of-a-kind rye whiskey, I got to write a 25-stanza poem that accompanied each bottle.

(Fun fact: Fabled Chase won “Best in Class” at the 2026 PAC Global Awards, beating out a few small names like Chivas and New Amsterdam.)
